Event tracking when a visitor initiates the chat
AnsweredHi, I want to track event in Google Analytics, when my website visitor sends me a message on Zopium, regardless of chat initiate or started by an agent or auto triggering message. Please note that i am using google tag manager to capture events.

Our Zendesk Chat/Google Analytics integration does not generate an event for when the visitor sends a message. You may consider using our Web SDK to create a custom widget that can capture more events.
