    this is based on your subscription level I believe, you need enterprise version of explore to get real-time updates to dashboards you make

    Hi Tal Weinisch, I think the Agent Activity Tags might do the trick.

    The app allows you to set up specific tags per agent, so that tickets are tagged when agents update them (you can choose between any update, public comments, any comments).

    Then you can either create a specific view per agent, or teach them to search for their own tickets manually. An example:

    It's not ideal if you have many agents, but I believe it's the closest and most immediate alternative to your live reporting requirement.
