Change functionality of cmd + delete

Hey folks,

I established with Support last week that cmd + delete (Mac) in chat and email results in the entire line being removed, even if the cursor is mid-sentence. This is expected behaviour, but it's not the most efficient.

For example, in Google Docs cmd + delete removes everything left of the cursor in the same line - not the entire line. This is a big time saver for my agents. Can cmd + delete be changed to this functionality in chat and email instead?
