New assign feature causes problems in our use

Hello,

I appreciate this feature, but now it does not show the recipient or people in Cc on ticket. Is it possible to have that visible again? I would have to go to "Events" to see who the e-mail was sent to or who were in Cc.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your question. I understand you'd like to know if it's possible to show the requester and CCs on a ticket, like how it used to appear before the CCs and Followers experience was enabled. Thankfully, it is still possible to show those users - they're simply in a different spot when looking at a ticket. 
 
In order to view the recipient and CCs on the ticket, you simply need to click on the names that show above the composer in the ticket view. I attached a GIF below that shows this behavior. I hope this information helps!
