Zendesk SSO with Active Directory

we passed window basic authentication with classic_asp_jwt_with_ad.asp script .

but return back error message like :

https://www.jobowling.com/logout/Default.html?kind=error&message=Please+use+one+of+the+options+below+to+sign+in+to+Zendesk.

please help on it ?

    Hi Winton,

    we have created this article about this error Message: 

    Error: Please use one of the options below to sign in

    Could you please check it out. In short, this error occurs when you have activated SSO for only one user type (agent/end user) and you try use SSO with the user type where SSO is not activated.
