Hide, move or minimise tag field in support agent environment

the tag field is getting bigger and bigger, please create a way to minimise this (one line) or create an option to show / hide this or a possibility to move it to the bottom or something like that

Honestly, I've always wondered why tags are in the main area of the fields. Why not do it similar to skills and have it as it's own section below all the fields. This way tags would then always be scrolled at the bottom instead of taking up valuable real estate near the top of the left sidebar.

You can actually already do this without an app.
In the Admin Centre, go to Objects and Rules > Tickets > Settings.
Here you can scroll down a bit until you see the Tags section, you can simply uncheck this box:
We have the same applied in our org.

Hey 1263082149949 is there any update on this? With the TagLocker app being discontinued soon, we need a way to let agents being able to add/remove tags using macros but without them seeing the whole Tag Native field.

Hey all,
I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. Specifically the ability to move or minimize tag fields. Field level permissions will be a key area of investment in 2025. We are going to leave this post open for comment to allow others to provide their feedback and use cases, however please note as is stated in our Community Guidelines that we can not commit to prioritizing any one piece of feedback we receive in the community.

i want to hide a tag for agent to use, how can i do that ? i installed Tag locker but i couldnt do that.
