    Having the same issue

    I have a contact in Zendesk and even have his phone details in his profile.

    When he sends a Whatsapp message, Zendesk creates a duplicate contact

    We're having the same problem here! This is disrupting our customer support. Is there any solution? We have already contacted Zednek support team without any answer.
