Zendesk tickets formatting [Clipping older Messages]
Zendesk tickets format sometimes tend to get messy - by that I mean that on a continued conversation with an end-user via e-mails, all the previous messages are added up to the player's reply, making one ticket more time-consuming to read as you will have to scroll more and more. This is not a whim, but a suggestion to streamline the resolution time,
Any thought on that?

At what point would you like to see clipped messages? Should we start collapsing messaging when it's more than 3 messages in the conversation log or more than 5 messages? Can you share more about what would work best for you and your agents? Thanks!
