Having the ability to translate tickets without having to be a Chat

    Noted on the feedback. We, however, do not have any near-term plans to enable translation for Agents without a chat seat.

    We will announce on the Community once this feature becomes available. In the meantime, I would suggest you to check translation apps on the marketplace like Language.io and Unbabel, which do not require an agent to change tabs to use a translation service.
