Bulk update ticket field settings
New Feature request for ticket fields:
It would be great if we had the ability to be able to bulk update ticket field permissions from within the UI.
Eg. I have a bunch of fields that I need to update to be required by the agent or end-user.
If there was an option to bulk update instead of having to click into each field setting individually to make the update it would save a lot of time.

Admin needs to have the ability to control what agent can update. currently, Agent can update Customer system fields also.
