Thread Replies from Iphone Users
I was told by Support that iPhone email replies cannot thread because they are plain-text. This means every time someone replies to a ticket via email with an iPhone, instead of threading, it makes a new ticket. Since gmail, etc have no problem threading iPhone replies, this seems to be a problem singular to Zendesk. It would be great if iPhone emails threaded.

I have been complaining about the zendesk iphone app for years. It hasn't changed much and they don't really seem to have a dedicated team to it. If you use something like Asana, they push mobile updates almost daily while zendesk is twice a year with a recycled release note every time not really telling you what's going on.
