Sandbox option in Professionals Account;

Hi,

I would like to test our Answer Bot in a test environment prior to publishing it.

We have a Professionals account and I remember we had the Sandbox option before. In some articles, It says only Enterprise accounts and in others - from Professional accounts and above.

Can we have access to Sandbox?
