In the old Agent Workspace we were able to quickly check the recipients of the emails. It used to be visible in the ticket thread and it was extremely useful.
In the new Agent Workspace you need to go to “events” and check recipients there which is not very user friendly and takes time. It also causes a lot of unnecessary internal discussions and investigations, especially in cases where someone new from outside the thread replied. It's very confusing.
Would it be possible to get back to the old settings here?
