Bulk email to clients

Hi there,
I went thru your help portals but cant seem to find what im facing so posting it here for some assistance.
We like to send mass emails to about 500 clients (per school) and those emails, while it is mass, it is a confidential email between me to that one client. And each of the email contains private details like their registered email, booking details etc. While all clients contain these same fields, the details in those fields are private.
How can i go about with this using ZenDesk or do you adv using other app in the marketplace which helps me with my situation?

Hi Johnathan S, unfortunately I don't think there's a native feature to do this.
There is a GDPR Compliance app in the Marketplace, though. It doesn't seem to hide sensitive ticket data upon ticket creation/update, however, but you can schedule automated a daily process to anonymize PII within your tickets. There's another app in the marketplace that apparently hides sensitive information within a ticket is the Polymer DLP VCO, but I haven't tried that one.
Are you going to send those emails using Zendesk (i.e. as proactive tickets) or using a third-party service?

Hi,
not sure if I'm going to use proactive tickets but we have been using mailmerge for years now and while it works, it is not productive nor fast and tends to have human expected errors.
I could be wrong but i briefly checked those you mentioned and it does not do the job.

You can use Proactive Campaigns for sending bulk emails with sensitive information. It's possible with placeholders. Here is the guide.
