*NEW* Omnichannel Agent Certification Workshops + FREE Certification Exam
This three hour workshop will help you review important concepts that are required to get certified as a Zendesk Omnichannel Agent, such as: agent interface, ticket interface, live channel workflows, and knowledge articles. On-the-job agent experience is not required for the exam. However, agents should have taken the Agent Omnichannel Learning Path and/or a private training.
Workshop ticket includes your seat to the certification exam.
