Prevent redirect to Help Center using SSO

We're not using the Help Center product. What I need is for my users to be able to sign in JUST to Support without the HC landing page which gives them a 404. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the setting that prevents that redirect. 

I've tried with SAML & JWT. We're using Okta.

    Hi Tiffany Craig,


    You wouldn't need to use SSO to route your end-users to the 'My Activities' page. What you can do is just customize your Help Center's code so that they would only see the "Submit a Request" & "Check Your Existing Requests". More information can be found here: Setting up a requests-only (tickets-only) help center.

    That way SSO would just be used for end-user authentication and not the actual routing option.
