View of all tickets from organizations a user is part of
Posted Apr 01, 2022
At my company we have agents that are solely responsible for a pool of clients that we track under organizations.
We need to be able to create a view that agents can go to that will show all tickets from only the organizations that each user is part of.
Something like "Organization include [current user assigned organizations]".
As of now it looks like we will have to create views for each and every agent and manually add all the organizations to the view that the agent needs to see. This is duplicative as we already add the agent as a member of the organizations they need to manage. Each agent can have dozens of organizations, so individually checking the organization's tickets is not efficient.
Thanks!

I would suggest creating a "Group" and assigning the agent to a group. Then create a view for that Group. Then you can assign the Organization to a group as well.

Is there a solution for this?
We don't have the option to create a group based on organizations,
and we need a view for each agent based on tickets for org that are under his responsibility

Mapping a organization to a group is done at the Organization level, and it should be available to any Support or Suite account – see Mapping a group to an organization
