I'm not aware of a built-in way to do this, but you might be able to accomplish it with a Zendesk webhook and the Salesforce API: Creating webhooks in Admin Center and Task | SOAP API Developer Guide

Bryan, hello. This is Diana from ZigiWave. I hope you've managed to resolve your use case so far. I see some pretty useful suggestions in the comments below. I'd simply want to add another possible solution. It's a 3rd party one, called ZigiOps. It can help you connect the two and configure the integration the way you need to (via advanced customization options) - have SF task to Zendesk ticket. It can help you sync the two and keep the up-to-date in real-time.
Best Regards.

Hi Bryan Collins,
Thanks for posting your question!
I would like to propose a completely decentralized integration solution which is Exalate.
You can sync Zendesk tickets with SF cases bidirectionally anf even sync statuses and map them 1-to-1 between these 2 systems.
Can you specify your use-case and what exactly are you looking to sync so that I can help you better here?
Thanks, Dhiren
