Feature Request Summary: 
Allow users to click the Ticket ID tab (button) to copy the ticket number.

Description/Use Cases: 
At the top of each ticket there are three buttons (Organization, user (email), and Ticket ID), and up until just recently it was possible to click the Ticket ID button to copy the ticket ID to the clipboard. This is no longer possible, and some of our agents are annoyed that a convenient feature they were used to has been removed.

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
The removal of this feature is an inconvenience to agents who used it as part of their regular workflow (but it's not critical to our business as a whole).

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We don't have this planned in our near-term roadmap, but I have noted this as an enhancement.

In the meantime, we will explore this feature request, and if it's something we add to our backlog, I'll post an update in this thread. Thanks!

I did not know that this "feature" existed but now that I do, I want it! For me clicking the ticket# from the tab does not copy it, so how did you get it to work? Is there a setting for it?

Is the one click copy feature available in Agent Workspace or the previous UI?

My apologies. It appears that I misunderstood the error report from the agent. After highlighting the button, it's still required to press Ctrl+C to copy the number. Apparently, for a while it did not work, but then the functionality returned.

For us it would be nice too, if we can copy the ticket id with one klick

Hello, it would be even better to implement copy functionality like in the YouTrack:

 - If you press CTRL+C anywhere on the page (even without selecting anything) it copies the ticket number as a link to the clipboard.

 - If you press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+C anywhere on the page (even without selecting anything) it copies the ticket number as a link plus a ticket description.

 

This is very handy for sharing a ticket with colleagues in teams / outlook / miro.

This is also a feature we would like back. My agents are requesting this. An update on this ticket would be nice, since the last official answer was back in April 2024.
