Hello i am wondering if it is possible to restrict access to the events based on role or group?

Can you clarify what events are you referring to?

The events that are shown in the ticket. In the top right corner you are able to see the events. This shows information about the ticket submitted that i do not want some agents to see this information. Is there a way to give some agents access to this feature but not all?

At this time, restricting access to ticket events based on role/group is not something that the product currently supports. For more information on the current functionality of ticket events, check out the "Viewing all events of a ticket" article.
