Everyone is abuzz at Zendesk as we get ready to bring back our annual flagship event - Zendesk Relate! Relate will be virtual again this year, kicking off with a 90-minute virtual presentation in which you'll hear about Zendesk's vision for the future from CEO Mikkel Svane, CTO Adrian McDermott will share his "five big bets for the future of CX," and of course, some exciting product announcements. Several current customers will also join to share how they've succeeded with Zendesk, featuring Stanley Black & Decker, Virgin Pulse, Ada, MaestroQA and many more. 

What's happening in the community 
In addition to the virtual presentation, we've got lots in store for you here in the Zendesk Community. Over the next few days, we'll be sharing profiles of the customer guests who will be speaking at Relate in the Announcements & Events topic, so that you can get to know them a little better, and get excited for what they'll be sharing. 

Product announcements
We'll be sharing more insights about the product announcements on our community Product Blog, so be sure to subscribe there. We'll also be updating any feature requests in the product feedback topics that we're delivering on, so stay tuned! 

Community events
In the weeks following Relate, we'll be hosting several "deep-dive" events where you can learn more about our new releases and ask questions of the product teams behind them. User Groups
At Relate you'll also hear a bit about our new community-led Zendesk User Groups! These by-customers, for-customers meetups will be getting off the ground over the summer. If you're interested in connecting with other Zendesk users - whether in your city, or around a specific industry, sector, or role - be sure to fill out the User Groups interest form to tell us who you'd like to connect with, so that we can launch the groups you want.
