According to ZD agents it is normal for the Tool to be slow if the Whatsapp ticket or Widget contains too many files.
"Checking the ticket I noticed that it has several JPEG images attached and this makes the ticket heavier, because it contains more data to load, depending on your internet speed it ends up getting a little slower.
This is a normal behavior of the tool since besides the messages, there are files to be loaded."
I don't understand that this should be a normal behavior. The delay to open some tickets is very big, it makes us lose productive time.
