Views for Org
Hello,
Problem - We have multiple people from the same organization creating tickets, however, a decision-maker for that org wants to see all the tickets created by their colleagues.
We have a view for that org. How to share the same view with someone from that org, so one person from that org able to see all the tickets in one place.

When you are viewing the user's profile, do you have them set to "Can view tickets from user's org"?

When creating a view, you set up permissions for "Choose which groups have access". Is the decision maker in the group?
