Feature Request: additional agent attributes placeholders for brand signatures
In our multi-brand environment we would require additional placeholders with agent parameters to allow a more individualized brand signature. The fields we would wish should be similar to custom user fields, but agent specific, like:
- agent phone number (yes there is {{agent.phone}}, but what if the agent has a fix and mobile number, or you don't want to follow the user international phone number format)
- agent department
- agent title (we currently use {{agent details}} for this)
and yes, I am aware that we could use user fields for this (to a certain extend), but we don't require these fields with the users.

I can recommend the „Zignatures“-App, but I'm not sure if it completely covers your use case.
For example, with this app I add the agent's organization to the signature.
