Zendesk Support for Jira Plugin - Assignee Mismatch

Hi,

With Zendesk Support for Jira Plugin, if a comment is made in Jira for the Zendesk ticket, when the ticket is updated in Zendesk it changes the assignee to the Jira administrator(Who installed the Plugin). 

How do I stop the plugin to change modify assignee on Zendesk ticket?

Hi Priya,

This can be caused by a few things but normally these are caused by triggers, automation, and the third one is field mapping which if enabled syncs the assignee value from Jira to Zendesk. You may try to check your account for those things but if you are still unable to figure this out, please contact us and provide samples so that we can check.
