FEATURE REQUEST: Text and Link formatting in Chat

I hope that this issue can be addressed soon as it seems it should be possible to overcome.

Since Zendesk is already using the CKEditor as announced here, and it seems that text and link formatting is already supported in some areas as announced here.  I was hoping that the text and link formatting could be added to Live Chat as well in the Agent Workspace.
