Voicing my opinion on this one in hopes that Zendesk hears yet another user who's not a fan of the removal of being able to sort by Subject. It has very much so impeded the daily workflow for myself and my team. It was quick and easy to do what we needed to do and now there are big chances to miss details and tasks yet to be handled. Please highly consider reinitiating this action. Thank you.
