Customizing Help Center
Hello,
I need some assistance. I am currently looking at implementing the following into our Help Center. We would like to have 2 category buttons. One category button will go to Sections and Articles for that category and will need to incorporate a request form for this category. The other category will go directly to a different request form for the second category.
Is there a way to go to 2 different forms without seeing both of them in a form selector depending on where we add some kind of identifier or redirect url? Is there a way to go directly to a form when we click on the category button on the home page?

While there's no native feature in Zendesk Guide that provides this capability directly, there's a lot that can be done via HTML, CSS, and Javascript, so it might be possible that way. If you have your own development resources, then I'd suggest you check out Customizing your help center theme
