Hello Team,
Is this something we can do in Chat Widget? We want to provide pretty much an update to our customer via Live Chat widget prior to engaging in a chat?

If this is something possible, then I want to know how can we do it?

Hello Jahn, thank you for your question!
The functionality you are describing is not currently possible with Zendesk's Web Widget. The only possibility would be to create a Widget from scratch and connect it to your Zendesk account leveraging the API. This would require highly customized code, which is unfortunately out of our scope.
But this is a good suggestion to have. I can recommend that you create a feedback Post in our Community requesting this feature here. You can explain your use case and the more traction this post gets, the more chances there are for our Development team to consider implementing this in the future :)
