Hi there, is it possible to compose a view based on SLAs data? In other words, is it possible to compose a view with, at least, the following fields?
- Ticket status
- Policy name
- Metric status
- Target status
At this time the only column attribute available for views is the Next SLA Breach. There's also the SLA dashboard you can view for more information on your policies in place. Check out this article for more info: Analyzing your Support activity
