Feature Request Summary:
Currently, under the customer information tab, there is a lot of additional whitespace added that could be better utilized. Zendesk could use that space perfectly to show all related Tickets from an Organization. We are a B2B company, and sometimes the finance department of a company will email us. In those cases, we have to go into the Organization view to search for related Organization Tickets. Instead it should be possible to display all organization Tickets, under the other interactions (perhaps as a dropdown)
The use case could be a customer inquiry that is not directly linked to the current user, but to previous requests made by a different user, in the same organization.
It would also add more context which can always increase efficiency in dealing with issues
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is critical for our business as our agents tend to deal with B2B customers. Businesses often have a cross departmental approach to communication, seeing ALL the different touchpoints with us in a single view (without having to switch to the Organizations tab) increases awareness and context
