Hi Zendesk Community,
In many structures some e-mails are send from an address to the same one.
For notification purposes - that are often related to tasks to achieve for the agents.
And this address is used in Zendesk to create tickets.
But Zendesk puts these emails in suspended view.
It would be nice to be able to find a solution to this such as the white list.
All ERP, Back Offices doesn't provide a solution to this, and with Zendesk the last solution is:
- get back manually the e-mails from suspended view (which is very long and often looses the attachments
- buy the Shredder App
