Display full text when hovering over a multi select ticket field

Hi Zendesk team, 

Our business used the multi-select ticket field within our ticket form. 

Once the field value has been selected, only several letters of the field value name appear (followed by ...)  within the ticket field.Example below:
Hovering the cursor over this selection shows no further information, the agent needs to look through the names of the Tags to understand the full name of the field value. 

Enabling the ability for the full field value name to be revealed upon hovering over it will help with the agent experience.
