Suspended Queue - add column that shows receiving (mail to) email address

Hello,

It would be extremely helpful if we can see who the indented email target is for the emails that get sent to the suspended queue. This would allow us to release and add approved accounts in bulk. Many times when our employee base gets locked of our their accounts and we are unable to assist them right away since our instance does not allow external emails. However, when an account is locked out, employees would email a specific email address to be allowed in. Since there is no way to bypass the suspended queue by what email address an employee sends to, it would be easier to see what email address the employee sent to so we can mass release them. Currently, we have to check one by one and we get over 200 a day. The suspended queue is a separate queue that we have to work constantly which is not ideal.

We have a similar need to see a column with the "recipient email" visible and sortable. We can get that information by doing an export, but we want to enable our many different groups to manage their ticket recoveries from within the UI on their own schedule (some daily, some weekly).  Right now that means opening each ticket to see who it was sent to, and possibly having to wade through other groups' tickets.
