Requesting additional placeholder for triggers

We have several request types that we would like to add to the Actions section of a trigger

  • Email User 
  • Email Body

We have created several ticket forms (request types) and would like to add the form name to the email subject and email body so the light agent can see the form name in the email.

Have you looked at the Zendesk placeholder reference?

Zendesk Support placeholders reference

Email user could be several things, but you should look at requester or current user.

I'm not sure what you mean by email body, but maybe look at the comment section.

The reference for the form name is ticket.ticket_form.

There are a number of discussions in the community about adding field references to the subject. If you can't find them, let me know and I'll go into more detail.
