Product Feedback: Impossibility of having a ticket without organization (when the requester is in one)
Impossibility of having a ticket without organization (when the requester is in one):
Feature Request Summary:
When a user is in an org his/her tickets are automatically linked to this organization.
The issue is that we won't like to have every ticket of this person visible to all the org.
You can select the ability to not show tickets to the org.
But you cannot (i thought it was possible but I try and ask to the support) simply delete the ticket's org such as any property like a custom field or a priority
Description/Use Cases:
The use case is that we have confidential projects (and use organization to separate them).
Some users work on several projects.
We don't want e-mails incoming from these users to get automatically into the "my organization requests" page in Guide.
We would like to have the ability with a webhook to set the organization of the ticket to 'null'
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
The business impact is complexity.
We have to be careful on who is in what and find some turn arounds this issue which is just the impossibility to delete a ticket's org.
A solution is :
1- Create a default org where we put all users and all tickets received by mail
2- To make a special dev in the "my orgs tickets" in Guide and hide all the tickets of this organization
But this is expensive
Other necessary information or resources:
I created a post to have the clear and visible for all confirmation from Zendesk that this isn't possible :
Is it possible to delete a ticket's organization?
