Followers on tickets and CC's

We occasionally need to update entire groups about changes to macros, views, etc. Currently all of the users need to be added individually to the followers or cc's.

It would be helpful if users could add groups to the followers (similar to how the assignee drop down works) or cc's (similar to how the cc autocomplete includes the agent icon next to agent emails) to speed up handling these tickets.

Agreed. As a workaround, we have many of our groups already set up as a distribution email on our corporate email system. We then just set that distribution email up as a Light Agent and can then add them as a CC.
