Default to Most Recent Post in New Interface

If I can't get rolled back to the old FAR SUPERIOR view, can we get the new interface to default to most recent post instead of having to click the button? It doesn't seem like much, but when we're doing tickets all day, inefficiencies stack up and waiting for the button to pop up so I can click it every. single. time. is beyond a nuissance.

Definitely agree, or just make it a setting/option, so those that prefer the newest reply and comment box at the top can use it this way.
