Ticket side conversation requester
Currently when creating a ticket side conversation, and manually changing the requester on the child ticket to be an end-user, the requester name doesn't update on the mother ticket. Zendesk writes in their article that unfortunately other changes than public comments cannot update from child tickets to mother ticket.
We would suggest that Zendesk makes the requester change to be visible also on mother ticket, so it will cause less confusion in the future.
