How to identify brand domain name change effects on the Zendesk support

    Hi Prasanth,
    If you are using the default theme for the Help Center, it will not have a direct effect when you have changed the hostmapping for your subdomain. As long as you modify your DNS so that your new domain will point to you'll be good to go. As for triggers, it can be related to chat conditions where the source URL is being utilized. You will just need to modify it to reflect the new URL that will appear on your Help Center.
