How to identify brand domain name change effects on the Zendesk support

Hi team,

my company has multiple brands on Zendesk support.
I want to change one of the brand names support.abc.com to support.xyz.com based on host mapping.it's affected by 
the help center, Dynamic content, views, macros, webhooks, triggers, email, custom applications, Zendesk applications,brand-id, etc.
How I can find that?

So how i can test this host mapping side effects on a sandbox account or trial account or directly on the production environment  🤦‍♂️

Hi Prasanth,
 
If you are using the default theme for the Help Center, it will not have a direct effect when you have changed the hostmapping for your subdomain. As long as you modify your DNS so that your new domain will point to subdomain.zendesk.com you'll be good to go. As for triggers, it can be related to chat conditions where the source URL is being utilized. You will just need to modify it to reflect the new URL that will appear on your Help Center.
