Can I use placeholders in Help Center articles? Example: "My company is a {{help_center.name))" And can I use my custom placeholders?

Hey Vladimir Prikhodko,
you are adding the wrong type.
You should see once this: - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4581644213658-Dynamic-Content-in-Guide-Search-Placeholder- ,
as Viktor Osetrov shared this link.
Thanks :)

Thanks a lot for your interesting question. Unfortunately, our integrated article editor doesn't support placeholders at this moment.
The solution is only to put your placeholders directly into your own Help Center code editor. Please take a look at this workaround as a reference

Hey Vladimir,
You can use dynamic content placeholders in your help centre, as well as Objects and Properties that are supported in the Help Centre templating, there's lots of helpers and options there.
Hope that helps!
