This is a form of conversation with the customer. Essentially, customers can use different channels (such as Twitter, Facebook, Apple store, websites, and Mails) to reach your company for help or other purposes. All queries come in Zendesk Support from these channels, and when the agent responds, the answer goes back along the same way.
All tickets are on the Views page, and they are organized by different criteria. Here you can see ticket statuses, such as New, Open, Pending, and Solved. For example, when you are waiting for a customer response, your ticket status can be new or pending, but open status means that the customer has answered you, so you need to overview this.
