Time Tracking app interface delays
When loading new tickets, our agent workspace shows the custom fields briefly on the ticket form before they are hidden. We hide the app and the fields from the agents and only show them with the admin.
Is this to be expected to some extent, and is there anything we can do to improve the load-to-hide time? This occurs both on ticket forms that have many and few fields, and we have five apps running on the app sidebar.
This is expected to some extent and there's also a scenario where the fields will not be hidden when tickets are loaded and switching from form 1 to form 2 as the app is not aware of such changes. This is currently a limitation of the app and we don't have a estimated date for a fix deployment.
