WhatsApp can be a powerful tool for any organization to stay in touch with their clients. However, many Zendesk users wish to be more proactive. As is, Facebook does not allow companies to send out bulk WhatsApp campaigns to a list of customers. With the WhatsApp Connector, you can create WhatsApp campaigns to send out messages to market new products and stay in touch with large groups of your customers.
How it works
By combining the power of Sunshine Conversations with that of WhatsApp, we have been able to get the most out of what WhatsApp has to offer. The connector uses the Sunshine Conversations API to send the notifications and the Zendesk API to create tickets, update views, etc. so your agents can see what is going on directly in Zendesk Support.
What can our connector do for you?
With our WhatsApp Connector clients can:
- Send WhatsApp messages past Facebook’s 24 hour limit
- Start new WhatsApp conversations
- Send bulk WhatsApp message campaigns to customers
- Use Triggers, Macros and Automations to efficiently send out automatic WhatsApp notifications
- Send dynamic WhatsApp messages using other applications (PMS, Ecommerce, CRM, CPQ, ERP, etc)
Finding our connector
Our connector can currently be found in the Zendesk Marketplace. As the connector relies on Sunshine Conversations, it is required that you have an active Sunshine Conversations license. If you would like to learn more about purchasing a Sunshine Conversations license, please speak to your Zendesk representative who will be happy to help.
