Our end users and agent are finding that when they have been sent a link to an article from a ticket the answer bot asks "Does this article answer your question?"
This is great for the one instance for the ticket they are looking at but all subsequent accesses to articles on the Helpcentre also asks the same question, even if you say NO to the prompts this persistent prompt is becoming very annoying. I am concerned this is distorting our Helpcentre usage stats.
How can we stop this pop up from persisting, once the initial link has been accessed?
