Using "Followers" values in Zendesk triggers



Hi Zendesk Team,

Several Clients I've been working with have reported the need of having Zendesk perform set of activities, including the condition of who the ticket follower is or not or whether the ticket Follower field is empty or not.

Such conditions can't be configured in Zendesk Triggers - is this something you are having in your enhancements pipeline?

Do you mind sharing more detail about how this impacts your (or your client's) workflows?

This request to add the Followers field as a part of the triggers is exactly what we need. Since ZenDesk does not have a BCC option, we have been suggested to use the followers field instead which is working "ok". Our team have a request to receive Slack notifications as emails are difficult to filter and the followers field is exactly what we need but not available. Having this as a condition is very important to us. 

I hope improvements can be made.
