Feature Return Request: Public Reply / Internal Note change without having to retype everything!
In the past I could change between Internal Note to Public Reply and visa versa without issue.
Since the recent update, I now have to retype everything if I take notes and then want to save it as an internal note or change it from an internal note to public reply.
It's a major pain in the bum. Can we please have this put back?

+1 on this feature request but I guess a macro can be a way for you not to retype everything again? Unless otherwise the response you're sending is personalized and not in templated format.
