Categorising for Makros

Hello,
it would be helpful to have a better sorting function for macros in Zendesk.
Especially when having to deal with many different markets/Products/languages out of the same Zendesklicense.
This would be very helpful.

Thank you Leopold for the suggestion! I just want to check, do you mean you'd like to see Categories when editing Macros in the Admin Center? This is not something possible today, and while we don't have any current plans for this, it's something we'd like to do in the future.

I do just want to point out though in case you missed it that you can arrange macros in folders to make it easier for agents as they select them in the ticket interface. More on that here.
