Option to add the SLA breach column to the organization view
Is it possible to add/show the SLA breach column in the view that is in use for the organization?
So when opening an organization you can see which tickets need the first action.
There's currently no setting where you can add columns under the organization page.
As a workaround, you can probably create a view to show tickets for that organization where you can add "Next SLA Breach" as a column.
