Authentication when using the Help Center
We are currently using the Zendesk SDK in our app and would like to move away from using them.
Instead, we are going to call our help center to open in a web view.
How do we maintain user authentication so that when they submit a ticket or chat, we know they are an authenticated user? Is this possible?

Can you share an additional use case when using the web view or you are referring to redirecting your users to web mobile browsers?
